In order to discuss some of the methodological issues, and more, to discuss the implementation of new technologies in our research, a workshop was organised in Padova from the 12th to the 15th April 2015. Four of the members of the CROMART team participated (A. Chavarria, G. P. Brogiolo, P. Marković, M. Jurković).
Two of the working days were devoted to comparative analysis of urban structures and medieval architecture in Padova, and one for lectures and discussions on the methodologies and technologies to implement on our case study Rab.
The workshop was a continuation of former projects: The transformation of the historical landscape of the island of Rab (University of Zagreb grant, 2014) and the LLP Erasmus Intensive programme: IntSYSTEM, Integrated systems of sources, technologies and methods – remote sensing of historical landscape (funded by the EU commission, 2014). The results gathered by our colleagues participating in those two projects were a really good basis to continue the research on the island of Rab within the CROMART project.
